We have been using Floaters for more than two (2) years for our various construction sites all over Northeast Florida. Never disappointed with their service, ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE, and Tim is one of the best drivers they have. If there is an issue, he calls me directly to discuss the problem. We have tried other services, but Floaters is the best in our opinion! A lady in the office, I think her name is Stephanie, is always very helpful. No matter who answers the phone, everyone is friendly and willing to address whatever the issue is.
It was very refreshing the day we pulled up to one of our sites early in the morning, and the owner of Floaters was on site checking behind his crew to make sure everything was done to his satisfaction. We have never had that experience from another company.
If you are needing portable sanitation for your construction site, I would strongly recommend that you give them a try, and I doubt you will be disappointed.
