I have known the owner Aaron and our construction company has done business with him for several years. We always get friendly service with the office staff and prompt service on deliveries and cleanings on site. Highly recommend.

When it comes down to the proficiency and excellence of their staff they are everything rolled into one. Stephanie Works the front office and has been there for years. She knows the systems inside and out and can do anything to help you within her power they provide emergency services and also scheduled services. We will never use any other portable sanitation company other than Floaters and Floaters thank you for your fiduciary responsibilities and Duval and the surrounding counties you all are amazing wonderful ethical business.
These guys are very prompt and professional. We had an issue at one of the job sites this morning. I called to report it and they went out of their way to make sure we had a clean bathroom within an hour. Great job. I will use them from here on out.
Floaters is my "go to" sanitation company. Nice units, always clean, and great staff. You cant beat a family owned company who cares about their service and their customers.
We have been using Floaters for more than two (2) years for our various construction sites all over Northeast Florida. Never disappointed with their service, ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE, and Tim is one of the best drivers they have. If there is an issue, he calls me directly to discuss the problem. We have tried other services, but Floaters is the best in our opinion! A lady in the office, I think her name is Stephanie, is always very helpful. No matter who answers the phone, everyone is friendly and willing to address whatever the issue is.
It was very refreshing the day we pulled up to one of our sites early in the morning, and the owner of Floaters was on site checking behind his crew to make sure everything was done to his satisfaction. We have never had that experience from another company.
If you are needing portable sanitation for your construction site, I would strongly recommend that you give them a try, and I doubt you will be disappointed.
